"Up to now, America has not been a good milieu for the rise of a mass movement. What starts out here as a mass movement ends up as a racket, a cult, or a corporation." --Eric Hoffer

Excellent - great to see more focus on this disease, and generating a language to fight and defeat it!

Isn't the activist anti-woke movement also claiming to be victims and falling into the same patterns?

we have to be careful not to outsource critical thinking to a computer. no wonder that chart generated by Notion AI is full of half-truths and inaccuracies.

the way it defaults to an outdated right/left paradigm as a heuristic is problematic right off the bat.

the right is every bit as infested with narcissists in high places as the left is - kevin mccarthy, anybody?

there are possibly even more psychopaths on the left than on the right - mao, stalin, klaus schwab, it's a long list

i don't use the phrase "artificial intelligence." i prefer "artificial stupidity systems," ASS for short

ASS is a hilarious acronym! Though it may be ASSinine to push back on your comment, I'm the one who prompted the AI for the right versus left dichotomy per the post, which reflects unfortunately the splitting defense mechanism writ large in our society, emblematic of our narcissism problem. To your point about switching lanes, yes, there are plenty of narcissists on the right and psychopaths on the left and every combination therein. This post is a heuristic to understand in broad strokes. There is also such a thing as a Psychopathic narcissist and different combinations of diagnoses. I will critique the chart in that it's not modifiable so both the left and right say "less empathetic" which means what exactly?? But the other charts it generated based on my prompts with were unpublishable, because they were inaccurate.

lol thanks for the clarification.

hierarchies tend to self-select for conformity. and that typically trumps empathy.

my other issue is that the act of engaging with ASS concerning issues like these identifies you as an enemy combatant. info is power, why feed the beast?

Well done. I've been screaming this for years. Read: 'The Psychology of Totalitarianism' by Mattias Desmet. It's called "mass formation."
