Institutions, the Rule of Law Under Attack
Three weeks into the Trump regime, the decimated U.S. government is a narcissistic abuse victim in the body politic, and the sadistic psychopathic narcissist oligarchs are stage IV cancer on the soul of the American people. Juvenile MAGA is complicit in our collective downfall. This picture lays out political narcissistic abuse.
Narcissistic MAGA’s hate, envy, and rage have catapulted the United States government into freefall. The Democrats’ weakness, fecklessness, and lack of judicial follow-through in holding criminals to account have also helped land the United States in dire straits: see ineffectual Mueller and Merrick Garland.
Instead of justice, the American people are facing the wholesale dismantlement of the United States government in a fascistic coup of epic proportions. Heading up this psychopathic coup are (F)Elon Musk and his ragtag team of tech mercenaries who are sowing chaos, disorder, death, and melee. Already, the neutering and virtual pulling of the plug on USAID is resulting in suffering, pain, and deaths, not to mention the resuscitation of the soon-to-be migrant detention facility concentration camp of Gitmo.
In terms of immigration, at the current clip, the amount of deportations under Trump 2.0 is tracking to result in half the number of the deportations under Biden, highlighting an ineptitude that would be handy if it were to translate to fewer deaths under this murderous regime that is now threatening effectively ethnic cleansing in Gaza.
Trump says Gaza is essentially a demolition site in need of his rescuing; if he is the “Churchill” to Gaza, who is America’s Churchill from Trump’s fascistic-oligarchic hostile takeover?
This autocratic Trumsk regime operates under a diffuse cloud of threats, implied and direct, also known as ambient abuse or gaslighting — the invalidation, perturbation, and distortion of one’s reality testing, in this case that denizens of a country have the right to their sovereign land. In our new distorted “reality” field, everything is up for debate. This destabilizing gaslighting threatens to remake the world order under the vision of hardline nihilistic psychopaths hell-bent on re-architecting the world order in their image. Psychopaths are impulsive, reckless, defiant, contumacious (reject authority), and goal-oriented; narcissists insist that it’s their way or the highway.

In the U.S. crosshairs are Greenland to Panama (the Technate), metastasized to the Middle East, as well as turning a blind eye to Ukraine and, in effect, American allies in NATO, all so that Putin can run roughshod over Eastern Europe and Xi can get his hands on Taiwan. With no one to check unbridled power, the new Axis of Evil —America, Russia, and China — who are also the world’s superpowers can conveniently look the other way while each country ransacks and loots in a fascistic power grab of “might makes right” virulent form of realpolitik.
Threatening the Rule of Law in a Fascistic Power Grab
It’s never a good sign when the vice president of an ostensible democracy floats a trial balloon of “Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power” to concentrate ever more power in the executive branch in what should be three co-equal branches of government — legislative, executive, and judicial, as if granting the president immunity weren’t enough.
Attorney and public figure George Conway stated on the Bulwark last week, “We could be just days away from the complete abandonment of the federal rule of law in this country. I know this sounds alarmist, but we should be alarmed.
The elected psychopath doesn’t care about laws and obeying rules. And then his minion, who is really exercising more power here, hooking up to computer sites, doesn’t care about rules either.
What happens when somebody gets enjoined by a federal judge? The judge issues an order saying, “Thou shalt not do X.” Okay, so somebody gets enjoined, and they go, and they say, eff you, I’m gonna do X anyway. Well, what the judge does next would be to basically have U.S. Marshals go out and arrest person Y, who’s doing X in violation of a court order and bring them in and hold them in contempt of court.
The problem is that all the mechanisms by which federal judges can do that go through the executive branch. The United States Marshals Service, which goes out and executes warrants and takes somebody into contempt, is part of the United States Department of Justice.
And that United States Department of Justice reports to President Donald J. Trump. And so, what happens when Trump decides not to obey that order and tells Pam Bondi to tell the U.S. Marshals Service to stand down? What good is a federal court?
And once you get to that point, there is no law. And why should anyone obey the law at this point — the federal law? Why should you and I pay taxes? The government’s not going to comply with the law. Is the government going to come after us for not paying taxes? Who’s going to do that?
It probably took Elon’s bias. We are on the edge of a dark precipice where the rule of law doesn’t exist, at least at the federal level. I don’t think people fully understand that yet, but I’ve been gaming this out in my head, and what makes anyone believe that a court order is going to be enforceable?
We’re talking about psychopaths here. We’re talking about sociopaths here. We’re talking about people with no morals, no conscience, no nothing. Why are they going to obey a court order? And that, to me, is the scariest aspect of all this; I don’t think we’re that far away from this.”
Conclusion
The startling takeaway is that the US government has traditionally afforded Americans a wide berth to be free to be who they are. Now, Americans are faced with the erosion, erasure, and evisceration of their identity through political narcissistic abuse.
This regime is shaping up to be a pathocracy. Entertaining cutting Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security is Ayn Rand on steroids. If DOGE were sincere in eliminating fraud, it wouldn’t have gotten rid of the inspectors general tasked with mitigating fraud.
This “government” is all about cutting “waste, fraud, and abuse.” I’m all for cutting abuse, starting with the narcissistic kind. And what a waste it is to be a fraud.
